Black Creek Lodge was absolutely perfect for us. Our cabin was all we ever wanted. Really really clean,nice layout ,lot of room and bedding and towels supplied. Will come back. Special thankyou to Andrea for helping us when we got there. Ate 3 times at Lodge food was good and reasonable and very friendly staff.
Menu options were diversified enough to offer a nice selection of sandwiches and meals at reasonable prices. Servers were friendly and attentive. The building projects an inviting atmosphere to dine in. Seeing the deer in the pen outside the window was a bonus. Outside seating will provide options during warmer days. Will go back.
We enjoyed Prime Rib on a Saturday Night! They have an excellent salad bar! They are famous for their buffet! This is a beautiful place! Large bar and huge separate dining area!
We just got home from staying in a cabin this weekend. As soon as we walked in, you smell how CLEAN the place was! We have family nearby and have always gotten a hotel but this is our new go to! There are so many 'homey' touches, from the stocked cabinets, to a fan to sleep with, to laundry detergent near the washer and dryer! The showers were super clean and warm water! There was a horse and deer that the kids loved, a tree swing And the amazing swimming pond! We didn't get a chance to swim in it since it was a bit cold but it looked so fun! There was a small playset and a shaded sand pit for kids. The food at the bar was very good. This place is ran very well and you can feel the pride the owners take in it. We will definitely be back!
So overwhelmingly impressed with this little resort. We rented a 2 bedroom cabin and it was an awesome experience from check-in to check-out. Very clean cabin, comfy beds, cold AC, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Pond/pool area was great for kids. Hope we can visit the area again because we would absolutely stay at Black Creek Lodge again. 5+ stars.
Our group of 8 spent the weekend in the cabins here. We came to ride the ATV trails. This is our second year here. I'm happy to say that this was once again a great experience. The cabins are very clean, have a kitchen and bathroom all set up for us, and a nice area for our group of 8 to congregate. The absolute only improvement I would like to see is in the beds. Oh my, they are REALLY bad, and Noisy.
We had a great Friday Fish and shrimp buffet. I met the owner and was very impressed. This place is beautiful with the most awesome taxidermy decor. My friend did all the drywall in the beautiful cabins so I was happy to check out this place for the first time recently. Been meaning to come for a long time. Very impressive place and so clean. Can't wait to be back when in the Fairchild area.
Our family loves to come to Black Creek for wing night Wednesdays. The price is right and the flavors are amazing. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The kids love to watch the deer. Its just an all around nice place to eat and have a drink or two. The staff is always very friendly as well.
